Construction served as construction manager for iXL, a leading
strategic internet services company. Their new space boasts fresh
colors, unique architectural elements and an employee lounge
complete with a pool table.
The 19,000 square foot renovation was staged in phases that allowed
work to continue while the space was fully occupied. Ned Carboni,
iXL's Senior Vice President of Support Services remarked "we
could not more be more pleased with our new Cambridge headquarters.
The design and renovation process was so seamless that we are
presently working with Elaine Construction and IOI Inc. on another
16,000 square foot expansion project".
