Construction of (6) Radio Studios and Offices / Gut - Rehab
of Base Building:
Elaine Construction Company served as Construction Managers for
Greater Boston Radio Group's new corporate offices and broadcast
studios. This 40,000 square-foot build out represented the consolidation
of several Back Bay locations to new state of the art sound studios,
and sales and corporate offices at 55 Morrissey Boulevard in
Boston.
