Renovations of Office Space:
Elaine Construction served as Construction Managers for Sovereign
Bank for renovations to their 3rd and 4th floor offices at 75
State Street. The 66,000 square feet renovation included new
receptions areas, several conference rooms and two enhanced elevator
lobbies. The two floors are connected by an internal stair. Executive
Offices, located on the 4th floor, received a complete upgrade
of finishes resulting in high end office areas.
