New Corporate Headquarters:
Elaine Construction Company successfully managed the multi-phase renovation
of new corporate headquarters for TAC Worldwide.
The project's first phase encompassed enhancing existing space on two floors
at 850 Washington Street in Dedham, MA.
At 886 and 888 Washington Street, 60,000 square feet of existing office
space were totally renovated with new entrances, new exterior glazing and
EIFS fascias. The two existing buildings were connected by a three-story
glass atrium with walkways,
reception areas and outside paths. TAC Worldwide relocated 350 employees
from Newton, MA. The final phase of the project was completed in December
of 2003.
