Renovation of Retail Store: Winston Flowers, a
Boston based high end florist, sought to expand their retail
operation outside the City of Boston. The former Seltzer's Garden
City located on Route 9 in Newton provided the perfect venue
for an expanded Winston Flower shop. Elaine Construction, serving
as the project's construction manager, renovated the one story
stucco building adding a metal canopy on the front, enhanced
entry and granite walkways leading to the shop's greenhouses... photo: Thomas Lingner
