Construction Managers of Shopping Center Revitilization:
Gravestar again demonstrated its commitment
to "green" architecture, directing consultant
Croxton Collaborative to redesign the existing strip center emphasizing
the use of environmentally friendly building materials. This project is unique
because the design incorporates an important community amenity;
the Horn Pond Mountain site, located directly behind Woburn Plaza. A natural connection to a new
entry trail to the mountain was incorporated into the overall
experience of visiting the shopping center.
