Lori Stewart Coletti, New Director of Client Services

Elaine Construction Company is pleased to announce that Lori Stewart Coletti has joined the firm as Director of Client Services. Ms. Coletti brings 20 years of leadership experience in the design and construction industry. She leaves FOX Relocation Management Corp., where she served as Vice President and Principal overseeing the firm’s business development and client relation’s efforts across four separate offices.

At Elaine Construction, Ms. Coletti will direct her skills and experience toward reinforcing Elaine’s commitment to its repeat clients. In addition, she will establish a more aggressive business development plan bolstered by Elaine’s reputation as one of the areas most respected and quality construction management and general contracting firms. She will provide insight, perspective and strategic direction in tackling complex projects and expanded assignments. Finally, Ms. Coletti will help to articulate and initiate how Elaine Construction will continue to serve its diverse client base by offering the most talented project management teams, depth of resources, expertise and services.

Ms.Coletti joined FOX Relocation Management in 1992 as the firm’s second employee. She helped grow the firm to a 70 employee, four office operation. Some of her most notable assignments during those years include the 1995 Fleet Financial Group/Shawmut Bank merger, a project that encompassed over 3 million square feet of space in five states. Her work for Sovereign Bank of New England required executing complex office renovations, including analysis and recommendations, for widespread systems conversions and a review of their overall real estate plan. Other projects have involved some of the areas most prestigious and fastest growing corporations, biotechnology companies, legal and professional service firms.

Ms. Coletti graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Design and Environmental Analysis. She received her Masters in Business Administration from Simmons Graduate School of Management in Boston, MA. She currently serves as President of the Board of IFMA (International Facility Managers Association) Boston Chapter and is an adjunct faculty member at Wentworth Institute of Technology.
